Cara Schrack, Ph.D., is the Executive Director of Students Against Destructive Decisions (SADD), a national nonprofit dedicated to empowering young people to make safe, healthy decisions. With more than 21 years of experience in nonprofit education and youth development — including leadership roles at Save the Children and AARP Foundation Experience Corps — she brings deep expertise in program design, evaluation, and organizational strategy. She also serves as Associate Professor of Educational Leadership at Notre Dame of Maryland University.
