Felicity DeBacco, M.Ed., is an accomplished educator and recognized leader in grant management, youth programming, and strategic solutions development. She serves as Assistant Director of Field Engagement, Youth Advocacy & Leadership at SADD National and is a key member of the organization’s leadership team, guiding strategy, supporting students nationwide, and currently managing the organization’s communications strategy. In her role, she has managed highway safety and prevention grants, designed innovative youth development programs, and fostered partnerships that strengthen community impact. With degrees from Penn State University and Millersville University, she brings decades of experience empowering young people to make positive, informed choices.
