Delaney is in her final year at Roanoke College, where she is double majoring in Social Studies Education and Education Studies. Passionate about teaching and community engagement, she plans to begin her career as a social studies educator with long-term goals of developing innovative and inclusive curriculum. 

Deeply involved in the Roanoke Valley community, Delaney actively volunteers with several local nonprofits and works at an after-school care program, where she enjoys building strong, supportive connections with her students. Outside the classroom, Delaney loves being outdoors- whether it's hiking, snowboarding or spending time with her two dogs.
