Carol Gooden-Rice, MBA, is serving as the Wyoming Community Engagement Specialist.  Carol has an extensive experience providing training, program development and youth leadership through the various government and non-profit positions she has held. Carol has worked for the Wyoming Attorney Generals Victims Assistance Unit, the Wyoming Department of Health, the Wyoming Department of Corrections and the Wyoming Department of Family Services.  She is a graduate of Cameron University and Western Govenor's University. Carol is the mom of two teenagers and two young adults. Carol and her family enjoy traveling together.
