Caitlyn holds an undergraduate degree in Leadership Communication and a minor in Women and Ethnic Studies from the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs. Before joining SADD, she was actively involved in Colorado's political landscape since completing her education. With a focus on electing public officials, Caitlyn began her career by engaging voters in various campaigns within the state of Colorado and across the nation. Notably, she has also contributed to the Women's Lobby of Colorado, a nonpartisan organization, passionately advocating for the interests of Colorado families.


Outside the political arena, Caitlyn immerses herself in personal pursuits, such as water coloring and training for the Colfax Marathon held every spring in Denver, CO. An avid member of the literary community, she consistently updates her Goodreads account and adds books to her to-read list. Sports enthusiasts might also find Caitlyn passionately cheering on the Colorado Avalanche Hockey team during her free time.
