Scoring for Safety with the Columbus Blue Jackets

Ohio SADD’s Mini Summit with the Columbus Blue Jackets is a one-day, statewide event bringing together students and advisors for hands-on leadership development and traffic safety education. Participants will engage in interactive sessions addressing the four D’s of unsafe driving (drunk, drugged, distracted, and drowsy driving) and explore ideas and resources for safe prom and graduation efforts as well at National Distracted Driving Awareness Month (April). Strategic partners will offer resources, training, and tools students can take back to strengthen safety efforts in their schools and communities, all while leveraging the Blue Jacket’s platform to amplify youth leadership and traffic safety across Ohio.
