Morgan joined SADD as the Director of Prevention and Field Engagement in May of 2021. Prior to SADD, Morgan worked for the National Safety Council (NSC) where she managed the program, Work to Zero, a program dedicated to eliminating workplace injuries and fatalities with emerging technologies. Before dabbling in workplace safety, Morgan also managed NSC’s Teen Injury Prevention Program combatting efforts around teen car crashes and substance use prevention. Prior to joining NSC, Morgan worked at the Illinois Department of Human Services where she managed over 120 coalitions and nonprofits across the state regarding substance use prevention among teens. During college, she provided direct substance use prevention services to teens in Kalamazoo, Michigan, at Prevention Works, a local nonprofit. Morgan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Community Health Education with minors in both Psychology and Speech Pathology from Western Michigan University. She is also currently pursuing her Master’s in Public Health.
