Emma Carpenter (She/Her/Hers) is a junior from Church Hill, Tennessee. Emma is a returning Student Leadership Council member and serves as the Carter County Drug Prevention Youth Coalition president. Emma has experience working in government advocacy through SADD Speaks, digital awareness campaigns, organizing protests, and serving as a mentor/educator teaching the dangers of controlled substances. Emma joined SADD in 2019 to further the mutual goal of youth empowerment. She will be representing the Tennessee youth with pride and plans to speak up on issues impacting both her community and trends on the national level, including youth anxiety and other mental health challenges.
