Shreen Shavkani (She/Her/Hers) is a senior at Chattahoochee High School from Alpharetta, Georgia. Shreen is serving as the SADD National President for the 2022-2023 school year. She is a past SADD SLC member, where she collaborated on a national level with teens nationwide to address issues around safe driving and was able to pass legislation in her home state for ignition locks in vehicles. Shreen is passionate about reinforcing unhealthy decision-making, specifically impaired driving due to substance use and wants to inspire others to become community advocates. Shreen believes anyone can significantly impact student health and safety by providing assurance or support to those around them. She serves as the President of her local SADD chapter, where she has gained experience designing and implementing virtual engagement activities for chapter members. Shreen hopes to utilize these skills as National President and the Student Representative on the Board of Directors to represent Georgia and contribute to SADD's national goals.
