The 6 R’s of Membership was created by Florida SADD. These six tips, from recruitment to retention, illustrate ways to maintain a successful SADD chapter.
Recruitment is a fundamental aspect of a successful SADD chapter and the first tip of the 6 R’s. Students will decide to join your SADD chapter based on what they see and hear about your group. Recruiting is a continuous yearlong process. You should always be prepared to discuss how students can join your chapter and to welcome students into the chapter at any time.
