CAFFEINE

Caffeine is a drug that is produced naturally in the leaves and seeds of many plants. It's also produced artificially and added to certain foods. Although most commonly associated with coffee, caffeine is also found in tea leaves, chocolate, many soft drinks, and pain relievers. There are also over-the-counter caffeine tablets. Caffeine stimulates the central nervous system, causing increased heart rate and alertness.
